Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo through Firebase Authentication.
Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. CINNEX never receives or stores your full card number — only what Stripe shares back, like the last 4 digits and card brand, for display purposes.
Usage data: what you watch, how far into a title you've watched (used to power the "Continue Watching" feature), search queries, and general interactions with the platform.
Content you upload: if you're a creator, the video files, titles, descriptions, and rights declarations you submit.
Support conversations: messages you send to CINNEX Support, including through our AI-assisted support chat.
We use this information to operate the platform: authenticating you, processing payments and subscriptions, powering recommendations and Continue Watching, moderating uploaded content, responding to support requests, and complying with legal obligations like copyright law.

Stripe — payment processing, subscription billing, and creator payouts.
Bunny.net — video hosting, encoding, and content delivery.
Anthropic (Claude) — powers our AI-assisted support chat. If you use Support Chat, your messages and relevant account details are shared with Anthropic's API to generate a response. Don't include anything in a support chat you wouldn't want processed by an AI system.
CINNEX uses cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We don't currently use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.
We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. Uploaded content you delete is removed from our video host and database, though backups may take additional time to purge.
