These Terms govern your use of CINNEX (cinnex-stream.com), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a [STATE] [ENTITY TYPE, e.g. LLC] (“CINNEX,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or uploading content, you agree to these Terms. If you're uploading content as a creator, the CINNEX Creator Agreement also applies and takes precedence over these Terms for anything specific to content, revenue share, and licensing.
CINNEX is a streaming platform that hosts CINNEX Originals and independent creator-uploaded films and series, offered through Standard, VIP, and Annual VIP memberships. CINNEX also allows registered creators to upload their own content, subject to review and the Creator Agreement.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe or upload content, since both require providing payment or financial information.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Paid memberships (Standard, VIP, VIP Annual) are billed immediately at signup — there is no free trial. A free account is also available with no payment info required — free accounts can watch CINNEX Shorts and Music Videos (with a short ad before each one) plus trailers (no ad); Movies and Series require a paid membership.
You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Cancelling stops future billing — you keep full access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and are not charged again after that.
Plan changes (upgrading or downgrading) are prorated automatically by our payment processor, Stripe.
CINNEX Originals and platform branding are owned by CINNEX or its licensors. Creator-uploaded content remains owned by the creator, who grants CINNEX a license to host and stream it as described in the Creator Agreement.
You may not download, redistribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from content on CINNEX except as the platform's own features (e.g. its player) allow, or as the applicable creator's license separately permits.
You agree not to: upload content you don't have the rights to; impersonate another person, creator, or brand; manipulate views, ratings, or engagement through bots or fake accounts; attempt to circumvent CINNEX's paywall or access controls; upload malware or attempt to compromise the platform; or use CINNEX for any unlawful purpose.
CINNEX responds to valid copyright infringement notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. See our DMCA & Copyright Policy for how to submit a notice, how counter-notification works, and our repeat-infringer policy.
CINNEX is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we're not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of creator-uploaded content beyond our stated review and moderation process.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CINNEX's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid CINNEX in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, the Creator Agreement, or applicable law, including for repeat copyright infringement. You may stop using CINNEX and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page. Continuing to use CINNEX after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
